Our Journey
All In One Tours began in 1988 as Colonial Tour and Travel, founded by Cathy Strite. What started as a reluctant assignment at Hershey Recreation quickly grew into a passion for creating meaningful, memorable travel experiences. Cathy’s innovative approach expanded the company from simple day trips to longer tours, international travel, and cruises. Alongside her husband, Mike Strite, she spent three years learning the industry, building relationships, and personally leading tours—laying the strong, people-focused foundation the company is still known for today.
Building Momentum
From FAM Tours to International Success
By 1992, Cathy was fully committed to the business. Her first FAM tour had a rocky start, but many participants became loyal clients—a major turning point. The company grew quickly, adding trips to Scotland and Ireland and partnering with American Queen and Delta Queen river cruises, eventually becoming their second-highest seller behind AAA.
Expansion & A Family Business
In 1996, Mike joined the company full-time and established a dedicated cruise department. This sparked major growth, leading to partnerships with Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Princess Cruises—who predicted, and soon saw, the company become a million-dollar client within two years.
Civil War & National Recognition
Around 1997, All In One Tours gained national recognition for its Civil War history expertise. Cathy partnered with the Virginia Civil War Trails organization and promoted these tours at ABA conferences. The company became the only operator authorized to use the Virginia Civil War Trails logo, and in 2011, their “Early Years” tour was named one of National Geographic Traveler’s Top 50 Tours of a Lifetime.
Rebranding & Expansion
In 1997, Colonial Tour and Travel rebranded as All In One Tours and Cruises, a name that reflected its expanding and comprehensive travel offerings. The company continued to grow with new offices in Virginia Beach and Lancaster, PA, and later launched CivilWarTours.net, further strengthening its reputation in the industry.
Beyond leading All In One Tours, Cathy also shared her expertise as a consultant for the National Trust for Historic Preservation and managed tour programs for the Pennsylvania Museum, showcasing her respected leadership and influence in the travel world.
Through every stage of growth, All In One Tours remained dedicated to providing high-quality, customized travel experiences at fair prices—always putting the customer first.

A Legacy Continues
In October 2025, the acquisition took place of All In One Tours & Receptive Services by Dan and Marissa Ober. This new chapter, continuing with our ongoing partnership alongside Cathy and Mike Strite, represents a best-case scenario for our loyal customers and new business partners. Cathy and Mike have begun a gradual transition within the company of stepping back from administrative tasks while remaining involved as consultants to Dan and Marissa, tour creation, customer relations and of course, well-deserved relaxation.
Dan and Marissa bring over 25 years of extensive business ownership experience and a passion for excellence. After attending the University of Delaware, Dan spent two decades starting and managing a diverse portfolio of businesses in real estate development, construction, facility maintenance, business brokerage and consulting. He also holds an active real estate license with RE/MAX. Their strategic growth and long-term vision are driven by faith, stewardship, a loyal commitment to each customer relationship, and investing in top-tier mentors and consultants. Dan, Marissa and their six children have called the southern shores of Myrtle Beach, SC home for many years. As an active family, they enjoy a wide range of adventures, from hiking and beach life to sports and travel.
Tracey de Blank
Tracey de Blank is the General Manager of All In One Tours, bringing a strong background as a Director of Operations and Events and a skilled database administrator. Highly organized and passionate about travel, she combines strategic leadership with a love for creating seamless experiences. Outside of work, Tracey is a competitive triathlete and runner. She and her husband, Guy, enjoy life in Myrtle Beach and visiting with their four grown children and four grandchildren.
